I did my DD and Medical as soon as I received it so I may have been at the front of the line as the First Advantage company emailed me back quickly regarding some missing information.

What BIG companies do (because they can afford the multiple drug tests and background checks) is that they send a few into DD, for example if there is only one spot – they might put through 3 people in DD. I guess they mix up the streams for the AC group assessments then?

Strangely enough they called me today and asked me to go down for a chat with a department manager next week (maybe cause my degree/past experiences are quite different from the department I applied). As for what got me this far I have no idea.
Include the name of the institutions and the dates you were enrolled and graduate/ will graduate.

We know that work is changing so our graduate programme is designed to prepare you for the leadership roles of the future. In regards to the online testing, while it's important to score well I think there's a heavier weighting towards actual interview performance, so try not to care too much about it. Hopefully this has been helpful, Godspeed everybody! Safety test is just another logic test and should be apporached as such. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AND EXPLAIN??

Just done mine, Cognify is challenging, I'm on the higher percentile but still, I'm not sure if that's good enough to progress into next stage, do you have any strategies on how to excel on cognify?
