I know from someone else who has the same issue, that they can’t fix it. @SuddenlinkHelp Can't connect to the internet even though it's working. @brandnewpikachu @Suddenlink They are the only company that services our neighborhood and we were all without WiFi for literally a week and they said there was no outage and that they couldn’t (wouldn’t) do anything. Also I just want to thank @Suddenlink to wait until 4p to disconnect my internet due to no payment. @Suddenlink goes down because it's a shitty ISP.
