Inspired by Vincent Haley's SP400 bottle neck thread (and with much guidance from Vincent), I modeled the PCO-1881 bottle neck thread standard, used in most current two liter bottles.
This thread type suits our carbonation caps that you can buy in plastic here or stainless here. It should be dimensionally accurate, except for possibly the area around the thread run in where the drawings are vague.
Jin, It fit just fine, although because of the thread overhangs, I sliced the model in half vertically at the parting line, printed cut side down and glued the halves together.
