Had a little mixup with an order being returned although one was no requested. Sean, dani B and courtenay did a great job fixing a problem with delivery! Will not be ordering again, as the pictures were a little misleading and the clothing was at times a little see-through. It was the first time I ordered from PLT and despite loving the garment received It was faulty I’m afraid - however the customer service team (both Kate & Kyra) were really lovely, super responsive and informative in all correspondence and the overall help received was great - the solutions provided were to be honest more than what I was expecting which I really appreciated. Not all the models on either site are the same size, so don't use that as a guideline to pick your size. Washed according to care instructions (cold hand wash) and ironed according to instructions as well (ironed with thick towel on top to ensure fabric was not heated too much). So I returned all my items and made another order for the bodysuit in a size up hoping it would be a little longer so it doesn’t expose my hips. Just great!No buying again in the main time Hermes is the delivery company in charge of shipping. Website clearly states up to date delivery days, when it isn't!! The sizes are way off. And the fabric was cheap and nasty. Not even one item because they were all such poor quality. Can't believe I have been scammed by this company.

Few of my items have been damaged upon arrival but let it slip not anymore. Will be placing a new order. hased a measuring tape to ensure I was buying the right sizes, but they were far too small.
Website states upto date tracking, wrong!. She guided me through everything well and replied quickly. A total waste of money. I do not recommend buying from here as I have so many more bad things I could say about them from the sizes to quality.
